Connect your calendar so your Karmzen Phone Agent can check availability and add confirmed appointments directly to your calendar.
Option 1: Automatic Calendar Connection
Use this option if you are comfortable connecting your Google Calendar directly. While Google verification is pending, you may temporarily see an “App not verified” message. To continue, click Advanced, then Continue.

Use this option if you prefer not to use the Google connection screen. You can manually share a dedicated Google Calendar with Karmzen.

- Open Google Calendar on desktop.
- Create a separate Google Calendar called Business Appointments, if preferred.
- Click the gear icon, then Settings.
- On the left, choose the calendar you use for appointments.
- Scroll to Share with specific people or groups.
- Add the Karmzen Calendar Sync Email shown above.
- Set permission to Make changes to events.
- Click Send.
- Come back here, enter your Google Calendar ID or Gmail address, and click test.
